ATC successfully develop 'The Old Bank' in Southport
ATC has let 365 Lord Street known as 'The Old Bank' in Southport to Patisserie Valerie.
The grade II listed former Bank was previously let to Monsoon and has been divided up to create a large ground floor retail unit with luxury flats above. The only prior access to the upper floors was via an external fixed ladder and as such the upper floors had been left vacant for well over forty years.
ATC successfully gained listed building and planning permission to reinstate an internal staircase, and convert the upper floors into apartments, and thus bringing the upper floors back into use.
