ATC complete Park View in Far Headingley

ATC Properties have successfully renovated a vacant office building in Far Headingley.

The building was previously split into eight self-contained office suites, and we gained planning permission to develop the property.

The property has been extended to create four luxury apartments to the upper floors that were all pre-let prior to completion by our letting agent Your Nest.

The ground and basement floors have been reconfigured to create an open plan ground floor with large private dining room to the basement.

Change of use to A3 was obtained to create 1,300 sq-ft of leisure space that also includes a large forecourt for external seating.

The leisure unit was let in-house by ATC Properties who unsurprisingly received a lot of interest, and we agreed a pre-let to local Café Deli ‘Sebby’s’.  Sebby’s have now obtained an alcohol license and are due to open on Friday 7th July 2017.

ATC Properties are actively looking for new properties to acquire that offer similar development opportunities to this conversion.
