Park View and the Old Workshop

We obtained planning permission to develop the former workshop on Park Terrace into four luxury apartments with on site parking.

We also gained consent to develop Regency House that was formerly office premises into four luxury apartments, again with on site parking .

We reinstated the original building name 'Park View' for the name of the apartments.

We successfully obtained planning permission to convert the ground floor into a restaurant unit that we pre let to Sebby's.
