Lounge Cinema

In 2009, planning and conservation area consent was granted by Leeds City Council for the £6m redevelopment of the former cinema site to a mixed use scheme comprising twelve apartments, a restaurant and a large retail unit.

We completed the development in 2012 with pre lets to Sainsburys and Ask Italian. The twelve luxury apartments all successfully let out on completion.
